Q: How long have you been in business?

A: We have been in business since Peter Mol started pruning trees in 1963. His son Jeff has been working with the family business since 1991. He took over in 2001, and continues with the same work ethics and standards that Peter Mol has set.

Q: Do you provide free quotes and how long do I have to wait to get a quote?

A: Yes. We provide free estimates and we do our best to accommodate a time that works for you.

Q: Do you match competitor quotes?

A: We do our best to stay competitive with other tree companies. However, not all services that are offered from other companies are preformed in the same manor, but we will try to match all reasonable quotes from our competitors.

Q: I have black knot in my tree what should I do?

A: If you have black knot in your tree, it must be pruned out and disposed of properly to prevent spreading of the disease.

Q: When is the best time to prune our Elm tree?

A: The City of Calgary has a by-law which is in place to help to prevent the spread of Dutch Elm Disease. Therefore the only time we can prune your Elm tree is from Oct 1 to March 31.

Q: Jeff provided me with a quote for some tree work. Will he be the one performing the work?

A: We have an extremely knowledgeable crew that have been working with the company for over 30 years, and work together with Jeff as a team.
